Shipping
At StringsOnGuitar.com, we make every effort to pack and ship your order as soon as it comes in, usually within 2 working days. Once it goes out the door it’s up to the shipping method you chose to reach you. Please note that the shipping times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Return
If you would like to return your merchandise, please return the original item(s) with your receipt within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs. Merchandise must be unused and unopened to qualify. Merchandise is not eligible for return beyond a period of 30 days from the original invoice. For any help, please feel free to contact us.

No instance of waiver by StringsOnGuitar.com of its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future, or other waivers.
